PaceTrack for Cross-Country Skiing

Year-round preparation for skiers: roller skis, ski walking, running and cycling in summer, snow in winter. A macro plan built around phases and the snow date, weeks in hours across all modes, and an AI assistant that builds each week to fit the plan.

🎯

Skier's macro plan

AI builds a plan for a race, ski marathon, sprint, a whole season or season-ready fitness. Five phases — general preparation, specific preparation, back on snow, competition and taper — follow the calendar and the expected snow date. The time budget is required; the weeks table is editable.

❄️

Snow, roller skis, ski walking

Every workout has a mode and a technique: snow, roller skis, ski walking, ski ergometer; classic, skate, double poling. If the watch does not report the mode, it is set by season — the coach or athlete can correct it. A planned ski walking session is matched with a walk or run recorded the same day.

📅

Weekly plan with AI

The AI assistant builds the week from sessions: skiing with mode and technique, running, cycling, strength. Hours, ski hours and the long session are checked against the macro week; without snow — roller skis and ski walking. Everything is created as drafts until the coach reviews it.

Workouts in coaching terms

Recovery, long, tempo, intervals, speed, strength, technique, games, test, plus a race flag. Structure with heart rate zone and RPE targets, templates based on the ski threshold, plan import from text.

❤️

Ski zones and load

A separate Olympiatoppen I1–I5 heart rate scale and ski threshold heart rate, apart from running and cycling. hrTSS of ski workouts uses the ski threshold and feeds the heart rate fitness curves (CTL, ATL and TSB by heart rate, next to the RPE-based ones).

📈

Analytics and integrations

Ski hours, kilometres by mode, elevation gain and terrain, time in I1–I5, distribution by session purpose — from low intensity to races. Workouts come from Garmin, Polar, COROS, Suunto and Wahoo or as a .fit upload.

AI planning tools are advisory: their output is a draft the coach reviews and corrects.
