For clubs — all coaches and athletes in one system — PaceTrack
PaceTrack

For running, cycling and triathlon clubs

A club is a team, not five coaches with spreadsheets

One athlete database, shared training standards, seamless cover when a coach is away, and the full picture of your club — while every coach keeps working with their people the way they're used to.

Your club's first 3 athletes are free, and coaches are never billed

Sound familiar?

Nine situations every club with more than one coach runs into — and what PaceTrack does about them.

01 · The club at a glance

I don't know how the club is really training

Every coach has their own spreadsheets and chats. How many people actually follow the plan, who has dropped off, who is on the verge of injury — you find out at a club race, when it's already too late.

What PaceTrack does

  • One club athlete database — visible to every club coach, while each coach's private practice stays separate.
  • Plan compliance for every athlete for last week and this week — those falling behind at the top of the list.
  • An overload risk grid for the whole club over 12 weeks.
  • “Who didn't upload yesterday's workout” — on the club dashboard.

02 · When a coach leaves

A coach left — and took the athletes' history with them

The plans were in their spreadsheets, the conversations on their phone. The new coach starts from zero, and the athletes start wondering whether to follow.

What PaceTrack does

  • Athletes belong to the club, not to a coach: plans, workout history, questionnaires and payments stay with the club.
  • A newly invited coach sees the full history right away — from the macro plan to last year's reports.
  • The owner manages the roster — invites and removes coaches, and can transfer club ownership.

03 · Quality standards

Every coach has their own methods — and their own quality

The same interval session goes by different names depending on the coach, and a beginner in one group gets a volume that the group next door gives only to experienced athletes.

What PaceTrack does

  • A shared club template library — signature workouts with pace parameters: each athlete gets their own values filled in.
  • Ready-made club plans — race-prep cycles available to every coach.
  • Plan check before publishing across all club athletes at once — volume, rest, math, clarity of wording.
  • A single club questionnaire — one set of questions for new athletes, the same for every coach.

04 · Covering for each other

A coach goes on vacation — and their group is on its own for two weeks

A colleague is happy to cover, but doesn't know what's in people's plans, what injuries they have or what was agreed. The athletes' messages go unanswered.

What PaceTrack does

  • Any club coach can open an athlete's calendar, plan, questionnaire and chat — no handover needed.
  • A shared chat with the athlete: when a colleague replies, the other coaches see it and get notified.
  • The club AI assistant with shared conversations — “what's on this group's schedule this week” in a minute.
  • A journal and notes for each athlete — context that doesn't live in just one person's head.

05 · Payments

Only the bookkeeper's Excel knows who paid their membership

The coach has no idea an athlete hasn't paid in two months, and reminding them is awkward for everyone. The club's books are reconciled by hand.

What PaceTrack does

  • Payment tracking across the whole club — club athletes' payments are tagged with the club and visible to club coaches.
  • Reminders go out on their own — an email or Telegram message with the club's payment details on the due date.
  • “I paid” and one-click confirmation, overdue payments on the dashboard, and the next payment is created automatically.
  • The money goes straight to the club — PaceTrack doesn't handle it and takes no commission.

06 · Retention

After the season, half the athletes quietly drift away

They ran their race — and the goal is gone. Winter brings no motivation, group sessions thin out, and people just fade away.

What PaceTrack does

  • Club challenges — monthly distance, day streaks, personal records; with teams and prize tiers. Counted from regular workouts.
  • A new goal with no gap — an AI macro plan for the next race is built in minutes.
  • Feed and respect — athletes see each other's workouts, and the club stays alive between meetups.

07 · Recruiting

New athletes find the club by chance

The club website hasn't been updated in ages, social media gets posted to now and then, and applications get lost in coaches' direct messages.

What PaceTrack does

  • A club profile in the catalog — logo and description; athletes on the platform apply directly to the club.
  • An open challenge for anyone who wants to join — a reason for people outside the club to get to know it (8,000 ₽ one-off per challenge).
  • Referral program — invite a colleague and you both receive 1 000 ₽ when they bring four athletes to PaceTrack. If the link was copied in a club, the referrer bonus goes to the club account.

08 · Multiple sports

Runners in one system, cyclists in another, triathletes in a third

Each section has its own tool and its own watches. A shared club calendar and shared analytics are simply impossible.

What PaceTrack does

  • Running, cycling and triathlon in one system — macro plans for all three sports, power and TSS for cycling, triathlon across all three disciplines at once.
  • Whatever watches your athletes use — Garmin, Polar, Apple Watch, Wahoo, Suunto, COROS, Strava, WHOOP, Intervals.icu.
  • Workouts sent to devices — Garmin, COROS, Wahoo, and files for Zwift.

09 · Club workouts and events

The club's Saturday workout depends on one organizer and a group chat

Sign-ups happen in the comments, the address is pinned somewhere way up the thread, and newcomers can't figure out where to go. And nobody knows who actually shows up to club sessions.

What PaceTrack does

  • All coaches run club events as equals — each session has its own lead, who gets a reminder an hour before it starts.
  • Weekly series — set up the club's regular workouts once. Cancel a single session or the whole series.
  • Sign-ups with a spot limit — guests sign up by email without an account, and only participants see the exact address and directions.
  • Reminders and cancellations — participants get a calendar file and reschedule emails, no manual mailouts.
  • Club seminars and webinars — an online room in the browser, nothing to install.
  • Attendance and export — see who comes to club workouts and who has dropped off. Export the participant list to CSV.
  • Open event catalog — people find the club's trial workout by city and sign up via a link. Listing is currently free.

🏷️ Your club brand in every detail

Workout ratings and video calls come from the club, with your logo in the catalog. Athletes feel they're training with a club, not with just one person.

📚 Club methodology as an asset

Templates, ready-made plans and the club questionnaire build up over the years and stay with the club — no matter which coaches come or go.

🌍 Athletes from other cities and countries

Remote groups with auto-translated chat, plans and questionnaire — the club grows beyond its own neighborhood.

🎥 Online reviews

One-click video calls — a race or technique review for the whole group, no separate services needed.

🔌 Club data on your website

Partner API: your own app or club website can read athletes' workouts and plans — with their consent.

🔁 Move the whole club over

Import athletes from Excel and workout history from Final Surge — the club moves with its archive instead of starting from a blank page.

How much it costs

The club pays for athletes, not coaches: invite as many colleagues as you like. The club's first three athletes are free, then 50 ₽ per athlete per week at the promo price until the end of 2026 — and never for more than 10 athletes per club coach. For example, a club with 30 athletes pays 1,350 ₽ per week. Charged from the shared club account; athletes pay nothing.
