What PaceTrack Does
PaceTrack is a service for running, cycling and triathlon coaches, sports clubs and their athletes: a training calendar and plans, analysis of workouts from Wahoo, Garmin, Polar, Strava, Suunto, WHOOP and .fit files, chat and payment control — all in one place.
Planning works on several levels: a season macro-plan with race-prep phases, a weekly plan with total volume and time, and a daily plan — with support for multiple workouts per day and different sports (running, cycling, swimming and more).
Built-in algorithms and AI-based tools help build and check plans: an uploaded training file is automatically split across the days of the week with volume and time calculated, and the season macro-plan is checked against what the athlete actually completed.
For Coaches and Clubs
Athlete database & clubs
Add athletes manually or import from Excel. Combine coaches into a club with a shared athlete database and unified management.
Calendar & training plans
A season macro-plan, a weekly plan and a daily plan — multiple workouts per day and different sports.
Smart algorithms & AI for plans
A training file import is automatically split across the week; the season macro-plan is built by AI — just describe the goal in plain text, no specific race required. The AI weekly assistant generates a full plan as drafts for your review.
AI assistant (chat)
A conversation with access to your athletes' data: copies and rescales plans, tracks weekly trends, drafts messages, answers athlete questions. Publishing and sending always need your confirmation. Learn more →
Payment control
Automatic reminders by email, push and Telegram, payment statuses, history and analytics per athlete. Learn more →
Athlete chat
Messages, reactions, pinned messages and links to workouts and plans right in the conversation.
Auto-translation of messages & workouts
If you and an athlete use different UI languages, chat messages and workout descriptions in the calendar are translated automatically for the reader. Turn on “Translate to my language” in your profile — the original is kept and available via a button.
Video calls
Built-in video conferencing for online workout reviews and meetings with athletes — no third-party services needed.
Workout fact monitoring
The dashboard shows which athletes uploaded their actual workout for yesterday and the day before — with a colour indicator and links to the calendars of those who haven't.
Private notes
Notes for each athlete are visible only to you and never sent to the athlete.
Coach & club directory
Athletes find you through the on-platform catalogue and send a training request. You accept or decline right from the coach dashboard.
