Garmin Connect
Link your Garmin account — runs, rides, and swims from your watch or Edge sync to PaceTrack. Workouts are compared with the plan; .fit files are parsed in detail (pace, HR, elevation, splits).
Strava
Connect Strava — activities upload to your calendar without manual imports. Your coach sees completed workouts next to the planned session.
Polar Flow
Sync with Polar Flow — training sessions from Polar watches appear in the calendar automatically, with plan-vs-actual comparison and workout analysis.
WHOOP
Connect WHOOP — sleep, recovery, and yesterday’s strain show up in the calendar. Your coach can factor readiness into planning and feedback.
