Rules for registering for an event through PaceTrack

1. PaceTrack is a service through which coaches and clubs publish events and take registrations. The organizer is named on the event page. They are responsible for running the event, its programme, the terms of participation, and payment if participation is paid. PaceTrack does not take payment for participation and does not guarantee that the event will take place.
2. Only adults may register, and only for themselves. Give a working email address and confirm the registration with the link in the email. Until you confirm, the place is held for the time stated in the email.
3. Emails about your registration are sent to that address: confirmation, reminders, and messages about changes and cancellation.
4. The link in those emails opens your registration and the controls for it. Do not give the link to anyone else.
5. You can cancel on your personal page within the time stated on the event page. If that time has passed, contact the organizer. Questions of payment and refunds are settled with them.
6. The organizer may change or cancel the event. We email you about a cancellation. We email you about a material change when the organizer sends a notice to participants. Event materials may be hidden if they break the law or PaceTrack rules.
7. How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your data with “Delete my data” on your personal registration page. Questions about registration: admin@pacetrack.ru.
