Consent to the processing of personal data

1. Purposes of processing

• registration and identification in the Service, and access to my personal account;
• operation of the Service features I use: workouts and plans, communication with my coach, club, and other users, notifications, integrations with the services and devices I choose, and AI features;
• sending technical and informational messages about the Service;
• security, error diagnostics, and user support.

2. Personal data covered

• name (last name, first name, nickname), email address, password hash, and Google, Yandex ID, and Apple ID account identifiers when I sign in with them;
• profile data I provide: photo, gender, city, phone number, time zone, training parameters (heart rate and pace zones, threshold values, FTP);
• training data: plans, completed workouts and their metrics (distance, time, pace and speed, heart rate, power, cadence, elevation, GPS track), reports and ratings, and data from the services and devices I connect;
• chat messages, comments, notes, files, and voice messages that I send or upload;
• information about top-ups of and charges to my account balance;
• technical data: IP address, browser and device details, cookies, push notification tokens.

3. Actions with personal data

Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction — using automated means.

Transfer (provision, access) — to the coaches and clubs I am linked with in the Service, and to the persons listed in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy, including those outside the Russian Federation (cross-border transfer), to the extent necessary for the relevant Service features.

4. What is governed separately

This consent does not cover:

• distribution of personal data to an unlimited number of people — the public profile and training feed (Section 2.8 of the Privacy Policy);
• health information (Section 2.16 of the Privacy Policy);
• sharing data with Service partners and taking part in challenges — separate consents are given for them (Sections 2.9–2.10 of the Privacy Policy).

Data needed to conclude and perform the contract with me (the Terms of Service) is processed by the Operator on that basis (Art. 6 Pt. 1 Para. 5 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data").

5. Term and withdrawal of consent

The consent remains in force until my account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. Consent can be withdrawn by sending a request to admin@pacetrack.cc from the email address specified in the account, or by deleting the account in the "Delete Account" section of the profile.

After the consent is withdrawn, the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within 30 days, unless it has another lawful basis to continue processing, such as performance of the contract or keeping payment records for tax accounting (Art. 9 Pt. 2 and Art. 21 Pt. 5 of 152-FZ).
